The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for convenience. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but services, prices and availability can change, and a written quote or agreement from us takes precedence over anything shown here.
Storage agreement
Storage is provided under a written storage agreement that you sign before moving in. The summary below is for general information. If anything here differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.
Prohibited goods
You must not store:
- food, perishable goods or anything that attracts pests
- live animals or plants
- flammable, explosive, toxic or hazardous materials, including petrol, gas bottles, paint thinners and chemicals
- firearms, ammunition or explosives
- illegal goods, stolen goods or drugs
- cash, securities or irreplaceable items of high value
- anything that smells, leaks or could damage other units
Access
Access to units is available during the access hours set out in your agreement, using your personal access code. You are responsible for your padlock and for anyone you authorise to access your unit. We may restrict access during emergencies, maintenance, or if fees are overdue. We may open a unit without notice in an emergency or where required by law.
Payment and default
Storage fees are payable in advance for each period set out in your agreement. If fees are overdue, we may charge a late fee, deny access to the unit and overlock it until the account is paid. If fees remain unpaid, we may, after giving the notices required by your agreement and by law, sell or dispose of the stored goods to recover the amount owing.
Insurance is your responsibility
We do not insure the goods you store. You are responsible for insuring your goods for their full value while they are in storage, through your home and contents policy or a separate storage policy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to stored goods.
Shop purchases
Prices for moving supplies and packing kits may change. Kit orders are paid when collected. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell.
Quotes and enquiries
Sending us an enquiry is a request for information or a quote. It does not create a contract. Any service we provide is subject to our written quote and the terms of trade supplied with it.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
